Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation, and flexibility while easing tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue and tendons. The goal in deep tissue massage is to breakdown adhesions (tense areas within the muscle). Adhesions in the muscle are very important to address because they cause pain, inflammation and limit motion of the muscles and joints.
Sports Massage
Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.

Beautiful, Convenient Location
My Licensed studio is conveniently located in Downtown Sarasota in the Historic Laurel Park neighborhood. It is a soothing and comforting environment with soft music and candlelight. For your convenience there is a shower facility available. Please inform me at time of scheduling if you should need to use it before or after your massage. Plenty of private parking on location. A map of the location is provided at the bottom of the page.
